SALON BOOKINGS

Complimentary Consultations available.

All prices include GST and are subject to variation without notice.

Ask for a quote from your stylist before beginning the service to avoid any concerns.

To make a booking we will require a credit or debit card that will be kept safely on file.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT

You will receive a notification of your upcoming appointment 72 hours prior via email and an SMS 48 hours prior. If we have not received a confirmation, expect a follow up call 24 hours prior to your booking.

 

CHANGES

Changes to appointments or bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the service value booked.

We ask that you respect our time and give us 48 hours notice if you have not chosen to have all services originally booked.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind. If you are unhappy with your service please notify us within 7 days post service.

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS

Any service cancelled upon arrival will be charged 50% of the service booked.

No shows are required to pay a fee of 75% of their booked in service.

BRIDAL & SPECIAL OCCASSIONS 

All costings and availability enquiries will be confirmed in writing by the salon co-ordinator on a single application basis. This will be sent as a quote.

Head stylist will be the most senior stylist available, unless a specific stylist is request (Eg. Your regular hairdresser). If the stylist is not available on the day due to illness, maternity leave or has resigned, no refund will be provided as these are unforeseeable circumstances at time of booking. We will keep you updated if your booking details change at all. 

Touch ups are scheduled for a 5pm meet up at reception venue. If your venue location is more than 50km / 1 hour away) from salon, a surcharge will apply (Price depending on location). The surcharge will be documented in your formal quote. 
Sunday’s and Public Holiday’s will require a 10% surcharge.

All parking fees for reception locations, which will require onsite/secured parking must be paid on the wedding day and validated prior to the team's departure time. 
To secure your bridal booking with us we require a non-refundable 50% deposit upfront with final amount to be completed 14 days prior to event. This is subject to availability.

EMERGING STYLIST HAIR PACKAGES

All emerging stylist hair packages are performed by an apprentice hairdresser at a discounted rate. Restyle haircuts and colour corrections are not included. Add on services will require an extra charge on top of the package price. Any additional charges will be discussed in the colour consultation prior to the service. Please allow extra time for these services as the apprentice is still learning their skill and perfecting their time management skills.
